March Madness......

I promised my sister weeks ago that I would post new pics of the children. Well here they are in all their glory.. I actually got Isaac to stay still for a couple of seconds because he was otherwise engaged in the finishing of his daddy's shake, even after he had finished his icecream cone. What can I say he really enjoys his icecream enough to wear it and redecorate his carseat. Soo..Baskin Robbins Anyone????

Lillie 71/2 months old. She is a very happy little girl. She just got her first tooth a week ago and wasn't really that fussy. Issac on the other hand had fevers and was up most of the night. Two things that Mike said about her was.. she likes to eat and empty out all the toys from her bucket. Which is true but she also likes to laugh and loves it when Isaac plays peekaboo.

Mike took Isaac to scout camp last weekend. So here he is in the tent. He was really good and loved camping in the "big house."

Where Did February Go... Can I get my mind back?

Hello family and friends,

We are all doing well. Yes, the rumors are true! We are expecting our third child in September!

Isaac is starting to put more sentences together which are usually commands, commands that he uses towards Lillie. "Lillie, mommy says no! Mommy says no, Lillie." and "No touching Lillie." What can I say, he must have gotten those commands from somewhere. :). Lillie has the damsel in distress act down so don't feel sorry for her. When Isaac takes her toy away she already cries and screams as if her whole world has come to an end. And maybe in a 7 1/2 month old it really has.
Several of Isaac's goals are learning how to share, learning that all the toys are not his, and he can't play with every toy at the same time. LOL!

Two year olds you have got to love them and the motto that they all live by: "What's mine is mine, what's yours is mine, what you came in with is mine, if I want it it's mine, if I don't want it it's mine...."

Last Saturday, Mike and I took our children to the Santa Barbara Zoo. It was a little bit chilly but we wanted to take the children anyway. Isaac's favorite part was probably seeing the snakes, monkeys, elephants, parrots, and the McCaws. Santa Barbara is a small zoo so we were able to see all of it in 2 hours. We stopped and ate a picnic lunch at the beach where we watched the boats come into the harbor. The beach wasn't crowded at all because of the weather.
